  • Olivia Morey, Executive Chef

    Chef Olivia joins us from a number of luxury level properties, resorts and restaurants throughout the coastline of New England like the Weekapaug Inn, Castle Hill Inn, The Winvian Farm and Newport’s 22 Bowen’s Wine Bar & Grille. Chef Adam Young and Chef Olivia even worked together around ten years ago at the Ocean House in Watch Hill, R.I.

    She brings an extensive culinary experience with talent, passion and drive that will help her execute operations at Mix Rooftop & Restaurant, and we are so happy to have her joining us.

    We look forward to welcoming you all on the rooftop to enjoy a brand new Mix menu including old Mix favorites and new dishes created by Chef Olivia.

  • Brittney Hjort, Pastry Chef

    Chef Brittney has been with A.T.Y Hospitality for two years. She is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University with a degree in baking and pastry arts.

    Chef Brittney started at Sift Bake Shop as a rounds chef , working a couple days a week in each position in the kitchen and moved strictly to entremets. She then worked her way up to being a Sous Chef at Sift.

    Now, Chef Brittney is the Pastry Chef of Mix Rooftop & Restaurant bringing her pastry expertise to craft a beautiful dessert menu.

  • Brittany Lewitz, Mix Manager

    Brittany has been with A.T.Y Hospitality since day one and met Adam and Ebbie Young during their time at the Ocean House in Watch, Hill R.I. in 2011. She has a true passion for hospitality, and loves working with our customers.

    She started as a Sift front of house worker and moved her way to being a front of house manager. Brittany has worked many of the various positions here at A.T.Y Hospitality over the years and can do it all! Now, Brittany is the Food and Beverage Manager for Mix Rooftop & Restaurant bringing her many years of working in the hospitality to the restaurant.
